Confirm the destination, access and site requirements before dispatch.

Record the address, receiving contact and the room where each appliance will be placed.

Measure delivery openings and have a qualified installer assess power, water, drainage or gas as relevant.

Freight, carry-in and any installation are stated separately before dispatch.

On receipt, compare full model numbers and finishes with the confirmed order before installation.
